Information taken from Rocklin Police Department log. Station 4080 Rocklin Road in Rocklin. JULY 22 Between 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m., a Marlee Court resident reported being the victim of an alleged car burglary. According to the police report, unknown suspect(s) entered the garage through an unlocked side door. That’s when the alleged thieves removed dash stereo equipment and the victim’s wallet from inside the car. The theft is reportedly worth $244. JULY 21 About 1:30 p.m., an Isle Street resident reported being the victim of an alleged house burglary. According to the police report, an unknown suspect(s) made entry by unknown means and took a laptop without any signs of rummaging sometime between July 12 and July 21. The 18-year-old victim reported the alleged theft was worth $1,500. JULY 21 About 11 a.m., a Vine Court resident reported his Visa card was used for alleged fraud after it fell out of his pants. According to the police report, the 25 year-old victim was drinking at a house party and decided he was too impaired to drive. That’s when he got a ride from a friend and allegedly lost his wallet in the vehicle. The victim reported suspicious activity on his bank card account after he noticed his wallet was allegedly missing. JULY 20 Sometime overnight, a representative of Hidden Grove Apartments on Grove Street reported vandalism at the complex. According to the police report, unknown suspect(s) damaged eight street lights around the apartment complex. The light covers were knocked out and the lights were allegedly damaged. The damage is reportedly worth $600.
