DEC. 26 Just after midnight, an associate of Beach Hut Deli on Five Star Boulevard reported being the victim of alleged burglary. According to the police report, the unknown suspect(s) smashed the front door and entered the business and grabbed cash out of the register. The theft is valued at $300 and the damage estimate to the front door is reportedly $400. DEC. 25 About 8:30 p.m., a Cheri Court. resident reported being the victim of alleged theft. According to the police report, the unknown suspect(s) walked into the 41-year-old victim's open garage and allegedly swiped two bicycles. The victim reported losing a $1,000 silver men's road bicycle as well as a $300 silver Kona blast bike. Police later recovered the Kona bike. DEC. 25 Just before 5 p.m., an IHOP customer allegedly left without paying for their meal. According to the police report, the Christmas meal was delivered, eaten but not paid for by the customer who fled down Stanford Ranch Road in a red Honda car. The theft is valued at $25.61. DEC. 24 After 11 p.m., a Longview Drive resident reported being the victim of an alleged car thief. According to the police report, his Blue Suba Outback was parked in the driveway at 11 p.m. Christmas Eve and when he returned it was missing. The theft also includes $2,000 worth of custom manufactured golf club located in the vehicle when it was allegedly swiped.
