CRIME LOG Information taken from Rocklin Police Department log. Station 4080 Rocklin Road in Rocklin. JAN. 24 Between noon and 3 p.m., a Tenbury Court resident reported tampering with her phone lines. According to the police report, the officer was sent out to investigate possible tampering of the 49-year-old victim's phone line, phone account and or bank account. It’s unclear what was found if anything during the investigation. JAN. 25 Sometime overnight, an Equestrian Court resident became the victim of alleged car burglary. According to the police report, unknown suspect(s) allegedly burglarized three vehicles parked outside the victim's home taking more than $12,000 worth of belonging including a $5,000 gold and diamond ring, $3,700 English Riding Saddle, $1,800 laptop and $900 worth of audio equipment. JAN. 25 Sometime overnight, the operators of the Arby's on Rocklin Road reported being the victims of alleged vandalism. According to the police report, unknown suspect(s) used rocks to break the dual pane window in front of the business. Damage was estimated at $1,000. JAN. 24 About 5 p.m., a loss prevention manager of the Big-K on Pacific Street called police to report some alleged shoplifters. According to the police report, 20 year-old Mary Margaret Bishop and 21-year-old Cassandra Lee Davis were cited for petty theft after they were allegedly caught on surveillance camera walking out with clothes they did not purchase. The manger stopped them in the parking lot until police could arrive. The value of the theft is $133.88.
