MARCH 28
Sometime overnight, a Concord Road resident reported her babysitter as an alleged thief. According to the police report, the 43-year-old victim told police the 19-year-old babysitter was the last person in her house at the time of the alleged theft. She had watched the victim’s child about five times before the alleged theft occurred and was watching the child at the time of the theft. The victim reported a Louis Vuitton coin purse, white gold cubic zirconium ring and an eyebrow tweezers missing. The alleged theft is reportedly valued at $625.
APRIL 1
Just after 10 p.m., an associate of Save Mart on Stanford Ranch Road called police to report a shoplifter. According to the police report, an officer arrived in the shopping center’s parking lot to find an 18-year-old man drinking alcohol. The teenager was later identified as Kyle Nils Langstrom. He was arrested for shoplifting vodka from the grocery store after a clerk identified him. She also told police he had allegedly shoplifted another bottle of alcohol from the store the night before. The theft is valued at $27.99.
APRIL 2
Sometime overnight, a patron of the Staybridge Suites on Lonetree Boulevard reported a theft from a vehicle. According to the police report, an unknown suspect(s) used an unknown hard object to shatter out the rear drivers side window before allegedly swiping the victim’s $150 GPS device. Damage to the vehicle is reportedly $1,000.
APRIL 3
Just after 8 p.m., a man was arrested after he allegedly wandered into an open garage on Little Rock Road and refused to leave. According to the police report, the homeowner told police the subject was intoxicated. When police arrived they arrested 45-year-old Daniel Roybal for disorderly conduct after the officer reported the Rocklin resident had slurred speech and an odor of alcohol.
