Information taken from Rocklin Police Department log. Station 4080 Rocklin Road in Rocklin. FEB. 23 Sometime overnight, a large rock was allegedly thrown through the front living room window of a house on Delta Drive. According to the police report, responding officers lifted fingerprints from the rock that was allegedly used to break the window. The 45-year-old victim reported $250 in damage to the window but nothing was allegedly stolen from inside the house. FEB.23 Sometime in the last 24 hours, a community mailbox was allegedly pried open on Dewey Court and Freeman Drive. According to the police report, a 61-year-old woman called police after an unknown suspect(s) used a tool or object to pry open the back door to the community mailbox. It’s unclear what mail was taken, if anything. FEB. 22 Between 4 and 5 p.m., police were called to Big K on Pacific Street for Petty Theft. According to the police report, the store’s loss prevention officer witnessed Laurie Joy Clark and Cheyenne Summer Lamont concealing make-up on their person before exiting the store without paying for the items. That’s when police were called and the two 18-year-old women were cited for petty theft and conspiracy to commit crime. FEB. 22 A representative from Starbucks on Lonetree Boulevard called police to report embezzlement over $400 from the store. According to the police report, between Nov.1, 2009 and Feb. 5, 2010, a 33-year-old ex-employee allegedly took cash from point of sale purchases. Police are now conducting a fraud investigation.
