Three women, residents of Roseville and Rocklin, have been arrested on suspicion of the Aug. 27 robbery of the Dollar Tree on Lonetree Boulevard, reported Rocklin Police Lt. Lon Milka on Tuesday. Arrested were Loriann Prout, 27, of Roseville, Victoria Micheels, 32, of Roseville and Enery Toro, 22, of Rocklin. Two additional suspects have been identified, but are not in custody at this time, Lt. Milka added. Following up on leads developed during the initial investigation, Rocklin Police detectives arrested the women on suspicion of robbery, false imprisonment, assault and conspiracy. They were booked into Placer County Jail and each is being held on $200,000 bail. The leads included several anonymous tips from the public, cell phone records and a parking surveillance video. "This investigation is a great example of citizens and police working together to keep Rocklin safe,” said Rocklin Police Chief Ron Lawrence. “Our detectives did an outstanding job, and we were fortunate to have several anonymous tips submitted from members of the public providing valuable information." -- Staff report
