PEACE for Families will host its fourth annual Oktoberfest starting at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26, at the Blue Goose, 3550 Taylor Road, Loomis. Guests will enjoy traditional Oktoberfest music with The Alpen Band. Activities include a photo booth, silent auction and tastes of brews, wines and cuisine from area brewers, restaurants and caterers in a lighthearted, casual environment. All proceeds benefit Placer County victims of domestic violence and sexual assault and their families.

Food and beverages are provided by Pizza Factory, Johnny Garlic’s, Lorenzo’s, Icing on the Cupcake, Pizzazz! Event Planning, Peet’s Coffee & Tea, barbecue by the Auburn Community Cancer Endowment grilling team, Sierra Nevada Brewing Company, Black Diamond Brewing Company, Beck’s, Shock Top and Shipyard Brewery.
