Rocklin resident Joni Hilton was recently named a finalist in a seafood recipe contest. Hilton was recently named a finalist in Gorton?s Recipe Renovation Contest for her Salmon Frittata, which includes grilled salmon filets, fresh parsely, dried tarragon and freshly-shredded Parmesean cheese. The recipe calls for Gorton?s Classic Grilled Salmon Fillets. Through April 30, people can vote for Hilton?s dish by going to www.gortons.com. The winner will receive a $2,500 gift certificate, while the second-place prize is $1,500 and third-place is $1,000.
