Rocklin high golfers host craft fair

-A +A

With the holidays looming, the demand for Christmas presents, cards and festive foods can become a stressful burden. Fortunately, Rocklin High School’s golfers can provide the perfect solution: the third annual free craft fair at RHS from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17.

This event will offer a free Christmas photo shoot with loved ones, a “wow” factor for your cards with “stand-in celebrities” such as Justin Bieber, or even a favorite family pet. This free photo can be used to order your holiday cards early and hassle-free, while you also find scores of unique gift ideas, baked goods and homemade jams.

All attendees will receive a free raffle ticket to use for their choice of hotel stays, spa treatments, jewelry, golf rounds at premier courses and more. Winners do not need to be present to win.

This is the third year the boys and girls golfers have held this event to raise badly needed funds in a very tough economy.

The fair will be held in the high school gymnasium to provide a warm, comfortable atmosphere rain or shine. The golfers encourage all to spread the word to family, friends and neighbors to stop by and help ensure the hard-working girls and boys golfers can continue to reap the benefits that athletics and school offer.
