Rocklin High senior selected as Utah State Ambassador

Allyson Bronte receives full scholarship

Rocklin High School senior Allyson Bronte has been selected as a Utah State University Ambassador for fall 2013. Bronte will receive a full scholarship, renewable for four years.

 “We are excited to have Ally join us,” said Associate Director of Admissions Corey Mikkelsen from his office in Logan, Utah. “We think Ally will make a great Aggie!”

More than 400 applicants competed for the USU Ambassador Scholarship. Bronte was one of 25 who were chosen based on an application and interview. Bronte will be involved in university recruitment in her ambassador role.

Bronte will major in communication disorders at Utah State and plans a career in special education. Her parents are Bob and Nancy Bronte of Rocklin.
