Sections of the sidewalk in front of the City of Rocklin?s Administration Building are being repaired this week. According to City Manager Rick Horst, an inventory of the city?s ADA (Americans with Disability Act) concluded that sections of the sidewalk have buckled due to tree roots pushing upwards. ?These are trip hazards and create a potential hazard for persons with disabilities,? said Horst. ?The concrete is being repaired and trees will be replanted.? Further up Rocklin Road, preliminary work in preparation for the construction of the roundabout at Meyers Street has started.
