Rocklin High School’s production of “Grease” will open Wednesday evening in the Rocklin High School Katie Taylor Memorial Theater. The musical relates the story of the Pink Ladies and T-Birds with classic 50s music. “Grease” follows the story of Sandy, a wholesome do-gooder, and Danny Zuko, a smooth-as-silk greaser with a golden heart. The two have a summer fling, but must part ways as the school year begins. Danny’s world is thrown upside down when Sandy appears at Rydell High on the first day of school. Shows will be presented at 7 p.m. on Feb. 1, 2, 4, 8, 9 and 11. Admission is $10 general and $8 for seniors and students with an ASB card. Tickets can be purchased at the Rocklin High School Storm Cellar or at the show.
