Two more suspects arrested in Dollar Tree armed robbery

Rocklin Police detectives have arrested two more suspects in the Aug. 27 armed robbery of Rocklin’s Dollar Tree store on Lonetree Boulevard, Rocklin Police Lt. Lon Milka reported Friday morning. With the assistance of law enforcement in Wyoming, Rocklin Police detectives arrested Tisha Prout, 31, of Roseville as she stepped off a Greyhound bus in Newcastle, Wyoming. Prout, who left California shortly after the robbery, is now awaiting extradition back to Placer County. Acting on anonymous tips, Rocklin detectives also located and arrested Del Paso Heights resident Tanya Starks, 31, at a residence in that city. Previously arrested for the armed robbery were Tisha Prout’s cousin, Loriann Prout, 27, of Roseville; Victoria Micheels, 32, of Roseville; and Enery Toro, 22 of Rocklin. All five suspects are facing charges of robbery, false imprisonment, assault and conspiracy.
