-A +A
For those looking for a creative way to spend Valentine’s weekend, the Snowflake Art Show returns to Rocklin. This year’s Snowflake Art Show in Rocklin is expected to be a big hit with local artists and attendees. Last year’s show attracted more than 200 local artists of all ages and this year is expected to be equally popular. The Snowflake Art Show began in 1990 to promote art in Rocklin. The name was chosen to convey the message that art is like a snowflake – no piece of art is the same, each has a uniqueness all it’s own. The show begins with an opening reception and awards at 7 p.m. Friday and continues with viewing of art from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Finnish Temperance Hall, 4090 Rocklin Road.
