The WarmLine Family Resource Center will welcome golfers to its annual fundraising golf tournament Friday, April 26, at Whitney Oaks Golf Club. This year’s event marks the 10th year the organization has held its golf tournament, and the ninth year that Whitney Oaks has hosted the event.
Golfers from across the greater Sacramento metropolitan region will gather to raise funds for resources and support for families of children with special needs within its service area. The tournament will feature an 8 a.m. shotgun start with a four-person scramble format. The entry fee of $175 per golfer includes registration, continental breakfast, lunch and tee prizes, and a portion of the entry fee is tax-deductible. Participants also have the opportunity to win a $10,000 prize in a hole-in-one contest sponsored by River City Bank. Registration deadline is April 15.
Sponsorship opportunities are also available, including player and hole sponsors, as well as being a sponsor of the breakfast or lunch provided to the golfers.
Visit the WarmLine website at www.warmlinefrc.org or call the WarmLine office at (916) 922-2976 for more details about the tournament and sponsorship opportunities.
