Whitney High School will host its Wildcat Tournament for boys tennis this Saturday. Play is scheduled to begin 8:30 a.m.

The tournament will be played on the tennis courts of both Whitney and Rocklin high schools. Seven schools are committed to participate.

The Wildcats have 20 athletes out for tennis this season. Leading the ‘Cats will be seniors Romey Kang, Lucas Calabrese, Kyle Branderhorst, Henry Foote, Christopher LaVoie, Bhavesh Nibber and Aaron Roudebush.

The team’s juniors are Nicholas Rodriguez, Jason Kim and Aditya Srinivasan.

The sophomores include Konner Macias, Thomas Gower, Ryan Ahyaee, Nathaniel Aragon, Mitchell Koerner, Dillon Garces and Benjamin Sherriff.

Rounding out the roster are freshmen Kiarod Pashmineh Azar, Jordan Misajon and Andrew Nguyen.
