-A +A

Rocklin High School will present “Shadow of a Doubt” at 7 p.m. Nov. 1, 2, 8 and 10 and 2 p.m. Nov. 3 and 10 in the Katie Taylor Memorial Theater.
“Shadow of a Doubt” is being revived as part of the 20th anniversary celebration. Loosely based on the play “Twelve Angry Men,” this drama was the first original play ever written by Rocklin High School students.
The jury examines the evidence as they deliberate, which leads to flashbacks from the trial and crime scene. In the end, the audience gets to act as the jury and vote on whether the boy is guilty or innocent. The cast then acts out the ending the audience has voted for.
Tickets cost $6 general admission and $5 for senior citizens and students with ASB cards. For information, call 632-1600, extension 6039. Tickets are available at the Rocklin High Storm Cellar and at the door 30 minutes before show time.
The show is rated PG-13 due to mild language and subject matter.
