Volunteer coordinator and AARP Foundation Tax Aide preparer Marc Soutiere makes sure to have all the necessary forms and guidelines on hand to ensure things run smoothly while preparing free tax returns at the Rocklin Library. Taxpayers can also get help e-filing their returns. Taxpayers can receive free help filing their federal and state returns, courtesy of AARP and the IRS, at the Rocklin Library until April 10.
