Lines of people wait by Placer High's cafeteria to purchase meal tickets and donate money to the Auburn Disaster Relief Fund during the school's fund raiser. Once a Placer High volleyball player, english teacher Katy Chamberlin still has game dressed as Supergirl during the school's fundraiser. Placer High senior Sahmed Aceves gets herself a hamburger cooked by Kiwanis Club of Auburn member Bob Achilles."I came out tonight because I know some friends who lost their home," said Aceves. "I wanted to show my support for their family." Placer High student parent Jody Summers starts a picture drive with the PHS Leadership to help get photos of students who were involved in the 49 Fire.
